1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Extreme Happenings, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at JustGoHere.life and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, submitting events, claiming venue listings, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Extreme Happenings, LLC operates JustGoHere.life, a nationwide events and venue discovery platform serving communities across the United States and its territories — from the East Coast to the West Coast, including US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and more. The Platform provides the following services:

• A publicly searchable directory of local events, festivals, concerts, and community happenings
• A venue directory covering restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues, outdoor recreation, and more
• Tools for event organizers and venue owners to submit, claim, and manage their listings
• Paid subscription tiers (Bronze, Gold, Platinum) offering enhanced listing features and visibility
• A weekly email newsletter delivering curated local event and venue highlights from cities across the country
• User accounts enabling event favorites, reviews, and personalized discovery

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at the contact information provided in Section 18 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

4. Event Submissions

The Platform allows users and event organizers to submit events for listing. By submitting an event, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You have the legal right and authority to submit and publicly list the event
• All information provided — including dates, times, locations, descriptions, ticket prices, and images — is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• The event and all associated content comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• The event does not promote illegal activity, hate speech, discrimination, or content that is harmful, obscene, or offensive
• You will promptly update or request removal of your listing if event details change or the event is cancelled
• Any images submitted do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

Extreme Happenings, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any event submission at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you. Submission of an event does not guarantee publication.

5. Venue Listings and Claim Process

The Platform maintains a directory of venues across the United States. Many listings are created by our team using publicly available information. Venue owners and authorized representatives may claim their listing to manage and enhance it.

By claiming a venue listing, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the venue or an authorized representative with the legal authority to manage the listing on behalf of the business. You agree to provide accurate business information and to keep your listing current.

We reserve the right to verify claims and to reject or revoke a claim if we determine that the claimant is not authorized or that the information provided is inaccurate. Unclaimed listings may contain information sourced from public records and are provided on an informational basis only.

6. Paid Subscription Plans

JustGoHere.life offers paid subscription tiers for venue owners and event organizers seeking enhanced visibility and features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

6.1 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the paid service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

6.4 Free Listings

Free (unclaimed) listings are provided as a courtesy and may be modified, removed, or restricted at any time. Extreme Happenings, LLC makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of free listing information.

7. User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, photos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Extreme Happenings, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any person's privacy or publicity rights, or contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without our express written consent

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all of its original content, features, design, code, trademarks, logos, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Extreme Happenings, LLC and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform or its intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Platform as described herein.

"JustGoHere.life," "Extreme Happenings," and associated logos are trademarks of Extreme Happenings, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, ticketing platforms, social media pages, and other external services. These links are provided for convenience only. Extreme Happenings, LLC has no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Extreme Happenings, LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listing, venue information, or other content on the Platform. Event details — including dates, times, locations, ticket prices, and cancellations — are provided by third parties and may change without notice. We strongly encourage you to verify event details directly with the organizer before attending.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any event, venue, organizer, or third-party content listed on the Platform. Attendance at any event listed is entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXTREME HAPPENINGS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, ANY EVENTS ATTENDED, OR ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extreme Happenings, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us in good faith and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your written notice, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform.
