How do I claim my event or venue?
Find your listing, click 'Claim Your Event' or 'Claim This Listing', choose the Free plan, and fill in your contact details. Paid plans go through a quick Stripe checkout.
Why do you need my information?
We collect your name, email, and business details to verify that you are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the listing before granting access.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time from your My Listings dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What if my event isn't listed yet?
Submit your event for free using the '+ Submit Event' button. Once it's live, you can claim it and choose your plan.
Is the yearly plan billed all at once?
Yes, yearly plans are billed annually and save you about 17% compared to monthly billing.
